Simmons and White, Inc. has provided comprehensive engineering services in Florida since 1982. Our services range from engineering assistance during project feasibility and due diligence, to design, permitting, services during construction and project certifications. The principals of Simmons and White, Inc., Ray A. White, Jr., Robert F. Rennebaum, Gregory F. Bolen and Phillip "Tad" Rowe have over 60 years of civil engineering and land development experience in Florida.
