Description
Windsome Farms is 123 acres in Wellington, Florida. This equestrian estate includes 80 acres which serve as a horse farm. The property includes a Grand Prix Field, deluxe stable with over 70 Corton built stalls imported from Holland, sand rings, dressage ring, and 19 paddocks. The property also is home to a number of lakes. Windsome Farms also includes two guest apartments, owners lounge, trainers/managers office, a separate property management building with 11 bay garaging plus A/C garaging for 18 wheelers. The other 40 acres in the NW quadrant are treed/partly cleared. Our services included utility system design, site roadway and parking design, water management and drainage design, grading and design for grand prix field, hunter/jumper rings, dressage ring and bridle trails, construction documents, permitting, and site plan approval process assistance. We also provided services during construction. This project was completed on time and within budget. Project delivery was a traditional design – bid – build method.

Description
Simmons & White master planned the Wellington International Equestrian Arena in a team effort with Robert Jolicoeur of International Equestrian Design. This site was being constructed for the new home for international grand prix show jumping, dressage, and hunter/jumper events. Wellington International Equestrian Arena was planned specifically to house the Winter Equestrian Festival, what is now the nation's largest and richest grand prix jumping event. Because of the Festival, Wellington is regarded as the show
jumping capital of the United States, drawing Olympic equestrian athletes from around the world. Our services included the preparation of a comprehensive master plan including competition, training, and stabling areas, bridle trails and circulation elements. Complete construction plans were also prepared including utility system design, site roadway and parking designs, water management and drainage design, grading and design for the grand prix field, hunter/jumper sand rings and construction documents. There are no potential conflicts of interest pertaining to this project.

Description
Pappas Equestrian is a 15 acre private equestrian estate. This estate includes a private residence, guest quarters, lakes, 24 stall barn, maintenance and groom’s quarters, walker, 2 grass grand prix fields and sand ring. Our services included utility system design, site roadway and parking design, water management and drainage design, grading and design for the grass grand prix fields and sand ring, construction documents, permitting, and site plan approval process assistance and traffic impact studies. We also provided services during construction. This project was completed on time and within budget. Project delivery was a traditional design – bid – build method.

Description
Simmons & White has performed construction services for Palm Beach Polo & Country Club since 1982. Services included assistance with bidding and review of Contractors Pay Requests, review and coordination of Maintenance of Traffic Plans, Shop Drawing review and coordination of approval through appropriate agencies, coordination between contractor, owner and governing agencies, coordination with surveyor during construction staking, coordination and preparation of Record Drawings, preparation of project Closeout Paperwork including easements, cost documentation, preparation of Certification Packages for appropriate agencies. Services also included: observation of water main construction including observation of pressure and fire flow testing; sanitary sewer construction, including lamping of gravity lines, lift station construction and start up reporting; drainage construction; roadway construction including observation of curbing and sidewalk forms, subgrade, base and finished asphalt; review of geotechnical reports to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
