Description
A mixed-use development of workforce housing in the heart of Northwood Village in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are providing civil engineering services for the site design of this redevelopment project of multi-family urban residences. An urban, downtown-like feel comes from having retail on the first floor, with reduced building setbacks. On-street parking offers easy access to the retail and the apartment complex. Our design includes grading, pavement, water, wastewater, storm drain, and franchised utility upgrades and relocations.

Description
This 3.93-acre project located at the convergence of two major thoroughfares in the Village of Royal Palm Beach includes a 22,000 square foot professional and medical office building and two branch banks comprising 3,750 square feet each. Village Center serves as a main entry node to the Village of Royal Palm Beach and is adjacent to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Municipal Complex. A clock tower feature was designed to promote and identify a sense of transition into a distinctly different community. Services provided included Site Planning, Earthwork Plans, Grading and Drainage Plans, Water and Sewer Plans, Due Diligence Research, Site Plan Approvals, and Public Representation.

Description
SuperTarget at New Albany West is a 28 acre commercial development. Our services included site planning, earthwork plans, grading and drainage plans, water and sewer plans, assistance with zoning process with Palm Beach County and water management and drainage approvals with Lake Worth Drainage District and S.F.W.M.D. Our services during construction included assistance with bidding, coordination between the various consultants regarding irrigation, grassing, landscaping and utilities. Our design included
detention/retention systems, flood attenuation and compliance with water quality criteria. Additional design includes sizing of stormwater drainage conveyance system, control structures, discharge control and connection to existing surface waters. We also provided comprehensive stormwater management treatment design and permitting in accordance with current rules and regulations of S.F.W.M.D., County and municipal stormwater management criteria. Designed facilities are permitted with State and Local governing agencies and as required with US Army Corps of Engineers. As a Condition of Approval, the client, Target Corporation, was required to improve the area and later chose to expand the improvement commitment, which included Median Plantings, Irrigation Plans, Traffic Maintenance Plans and Landscape and Lighting Specifications for Venture Center Way & Enterprise Center Blvd.

Description
The South Florida Science Museum mission “to excite curiosity and further the understanding and appreciation of science and technology” is the foundation of the museum. Our civil and traffic engineering services included feasibility studies, traffic impact studies, site roadway design, drainage studies, construction documents, site plan approval assistance, permit application packages and construction administration services. Additional design includes sizing of stormwater drainage conveyance system, control structures, discharge control and connection to existing surface waters. We also provided comprehensive stormwater management treatment design and permitting in accordance with current rules and regulations of the City and South Florida Water Management District’s stormwater management criteria.

 

Seminole Ridge

Description
Seminole Ridge is a 31 unit townhome subdivision located on 3.87 acres on the east side of US Highway One and Juno Isles Boulevard. We prepared a Land Use Plan Amendment Traffic Impact Statement to address the change in use from LR-5 to MR-10. Our services also included the design of Paving, Drainage, Water and Wastewater Plans and permitting with FDOT, SFWMD, PBC, ENCON and the Town of Juno Beach. This project was completed on schedule and within budget. Our scope of work for this project is currently 100% complete.
