DESCRIPTION
This 185,094 square foot office campus, located on the southwest corner of South Shore Boulevard and Greenview Shores Blvd., is approximately 17.96 acres in size, consisting of nine separate two-story buildings which are professional and medical office space. Design includes pedestrian courtyards and paths between buildings with decorative pavers and fountain features, meandering paths and trellis’ throughout the site. Our services included site planning, earthwork plans, grading and drainage plans, water and sewer plans, assistance with zoning process and water management and drainage approvals. Our services during construction included assistance with bidding, the contractor selection process and coordination between various consultants regarding irrigation, grassing, landscaping and utilities. Our design included detention/retention systems, flood attenuation and compliance with water quality criteria. Additional design includes sizing of stormwater drainage conveyance system, control structures, discharge control and connection to existing surface waters. We also provided comprehensive stormwater management treatment design and permitting in accordance with current rules and regulations of S.F.W.M.D., county and municipal stormwater management criteria.
