Development of Regional Impact Analysis
Description
Prepared analysis for Question 21 of Florida Statute 360. This included link analysis, intersection and a corridor analyses for a proposed Plan of Development of 2,250 residential dwelling units and 150,000 SF of retail area. The analysis also included proportionate fair share calculations to mitigate all significantly impacted roadways. Submittal was made to Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, Florida Department of Community Affairs and Florida Department of Transportation.
