Description
Seminole Orange Plaza is an 8.80 acre commercial development with six (6) buildings including a Walgreens and a bank. Other buildings are to include in-line retail and restaurants. LEED® principals were applied with the use of pervious pavement as a drainage solution. Our civil and traffic engineering services included feasibility studies, traffic impact studies, site roadway design, drainage studies, construction documents, site plan approval assistance, permit application packages and construction administration services. Additional design includes sizing of stormwater drainage conveyance system, control structures, discharge control and connection to existing surface waters. We also provided comprehensive stormwater management treatment design and permitting in accordance with current rules and regulations. Designed facilities are permitted with State and Local governing agencies and as required with US Army Corps of Engineers.
