This police training facility expansion project was completed under a Continuing Contract with Palm Beach County, which was awarded to Anna Cottrell & Associates. As their traffic engineer we prepared an insignificant traffic impact statement for an expansion to the existing K-9 Training Facility. On site uses include a patrol school, a detection school, an upper level training school and K-9 communication school, a K-9 swat school, canine kennels and a master’s office and storage. This project was completed on time and within budget. Project delivery is a traditional design-bid-build.
