We are committed to sustainability. With staff that have attained the USGBC's title of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, we know how to create sustainable infrastructure. Sustainable design is just an extension of our problem-solving skills. Using recycled and locally available materials, maximizing green space and treating storm water runoff to reduce sediment, oil and other pollutants, are just some of the ways to be environmentally responsible. The outcome is projects that are healthy, use our resources conscientiously and are environmentally responsible and sustainable.
As experts in site development and the development process, Simmons & White provides an informed analysis of the critical elements of development in the ever-changing regulations of modern construction. We evaluate key criteria of potential sites, including traffic and roadway access, flood protection, environmental concerns, drainage, utility availability and agency approvals. Our coordination with the client and the client's architect, landscape architects and other specialty consultants provides economical and site specific infrastructure solutions.
